Hello everyone, hope you all had a great weekend. For today's spread i knew I wanted to incorporate the fact that this week, on the 21st is the first official day of Spring! It's been a long time coming for sure and I'm sure you can all agree with that sentiment. So I knew I wanted to make this week's spread springy but in the Spring sticker-book there are so many colors I had a hard time settling on the color scheme. Ultimately I decided on pink and yellow because it's a beloved combination for me and I hadn't done it in my planner yet. Fun fact: my childhood room up until the age of 13 was pink and yellow so it brings me some nostalgia. Anyways, so I noticed in the spring sticker book there were these cute yellow rain-boot stickers and I wanted to add that in. And then the last page of the book has a whole page of pink foil spring sayings on a pink flower background that I am just obsessed with. I decided to sprinkle those tabs throughout and then decided to add some pink foil spring quotes as well one of which says It's officially Spring! on the upper left corner. I needed to add a couple of bunnies because there's no spring without bunnies. I also added a yellow striped umbrella on the right hand side that I thought was cute. Then my statement quote box says "meet me at the farmers market" and its light pink with hot pink details so I added a hot pink cupcake on the right side of the spread to balance that color. There were so many stickers I loved I had a hard time picking between them and trying to fit as many in as possible. On the bottom of Monday I have a double box that says," my favorite color is Spring". I also used the alphabet letters in the spring book and spelled out Yay on the right side of the spread and then my nickname, Gaby on the lower left side of the spread. I really enjoyed that personalized touch with my name included. I made sure to add plenty of checklists because I have had a lot of things on my to-do list lately. I also put a cute little pink hat on the word bloom which I really liked. I added little peonies and other flowers between the date numbers for a little extra detail.The hardest part of the spread for me was figuring out my gratitude list on the side bar. None of my sticker books had a long box that would match this color scheme so I had to get creative. I cut off a part of the yellow long box thats in the pastel rainbow book and then stuck it on. I then went into a "focus on the good" pink sticker from the mood tracking sticker book and used that as my title to my gratitude list which I thought was very fitting. All in all I loved this color scheme and how it turned out. It's bright and cheery and fun for the beginning of Spring and it makes me happy just looking at it. It was just what I needed after the cooler tones of purple for last week. And with that, I'm off everyone!  Happy Planner Classic Vertical April 5-11 2021 Hello Everyone! I hope you are all doing well. Today I bring you a rose gold/peach moment in this week's spread! I ordered these warm toned rose gold detailed hexagon stickers from Etsy and was in love so I got the idea to stack them to where they fit together on the spine of the spread. The hexagons go from light to darker peach colors and I thought that they would look great with my rose gold foiled floral stickers that I pulled from the Farmhouse sticker book. I also used some rose gold foiled clear quotes to compliment these beautiful rose gold foiled flowers. I put the flowers on the corners of the spread and put the clear quotes near them. I also used some rose gold wreaths that act as boxes to write in from the same sticker book that I am obsessed with!  Happy Planner Classic spread March 29- April 4 Hello Planners! Today I have the week of Easter and when I first made this spread I forgot it was Easter week. I was feeling a navy blue, pink, powder blue, and cream color scheme. I was inspired by PlanwithIlyse on Youtube she used the same sticker book and color scheme which is Color Story 497. I used some striped stickers and I made sure to add all of the stickers in that book that I could that was in line with the color scheme. I used a cute sticker that said more coffee please and I made sure to include a lot of checklists because they have been really useful for me lately. I added a long side bar box for my gratitude and added bullet points, I finished off the side bar with my usual habit tracker in pink. Today was a short and straight forward one.  Happy Planner Classic Vertical April 12-18 2021 Hello planner babes! As you can see today I went with a very girly spread this week. I used the glam girl sticker book and at first it was going to be all pink which is my favorite color but I decided to break it up with some purple from the same book. Pink and purple is an iconic classic color combination and the last time I did it was for my birthday back in January so I wanted to revisit it with a more cooler toned shade for each color. I also decided to enhance the spread by adding some gold foil details by adding some gold sticker boxes and some gold lips. as well as some scalloped box borders which I feel lends the spread some elegance. I absolutely love the pink and purple diamond stickers that I added they are so boujee which is exactly what I was going for in this spread.
